Mary Plummer has been editing film and video professionally for over 16 years using on-line, offline, linear, and non-linear systems. An Apple Certified Trainer, she has edited music videos, documentaries, trailers, and independent feature films, and composed original music that has been used in film and video projects from coast to coast. An Apple Certified Trainer she has taught classes and demos for Apple at major industry trade shows including; Digital Video Expo, NAB, BEA, WEVA and GV Expo. Also a Master Trainer in Apple's Pro Certification program, and Author of the Apple Pro Training Series books; Soundtrack, Soundtrack Pro, Getting Started with Motion; co-author of Getting Started with Final Cut Studio; and author of the Apple Training Series books: GarageBand.spacer

Klark Perez

Klark Perez in a nutshell: is an Master Trainer and has taught classes and demos for Apple at major industry trade shows including; DVexpo, WEVA and GV Expo. He has a Masters of Fine Arts in Film Producing, from the University of Southern California film school, USC – Peter Stark Producers Program. Alexis Van Hurkman

Alexis Van Hurkman is a writer, director, and colorist who has written extensively about postproduction with a column in "Edit Well," and books including the "Encyclopedia of Color Correction" and "Advanced Color Correction and Effects in Final Cut Pro." Working for Apple computer, Alexis also wrote the user manuals for Color 1.0, Shake 3.5 and 4, and Final Cut Pro 2, 3, and 4. As a New York based freelance colorist and Shake artist, Alexis works on a wide variety of narrative and documentary programming. As a screenwriter, Alexis has written four feature length scripts including "Walking to Frackville" and "Dating the Devil." In 2006 Alexis' directed feature "Four Weeks, Four Hours" screened internationally at the Colorado Breckenridge, Salento Italy, Portland Longbaugh, Toronto ReelHeART, Hollywood FAIF, and San Fernando Valley film festivals.spacer

Estelle McGechie

Estelle McGechie left Australia in 2001 to pursue the overseas market and in 2002 she was awarded an O1-Visa for 'Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Editing. Her New York work has included short narrative, documentary, advertising and music videos. Certified by Apple to teach Final Cut Pro 5 and Motion, Estelle's repertoire also includes extensive knowledge of After Effects, and Photoshop. She has taught classes and demos for Apple at major industry trade shows including; NAB and PMA. Also a Master Trainer in Apple's Pro Certification program, and Author of the Apple Pro Training Series books; Getting Started with Aperture.spacer

Jem Schofield

Jem Schofield is a producer, creative director and author who consults on and teaches production and post-production solutions throughout the United States. His company, Buttons Productions, produces commercial video, print, motion graphics and DVD projects. Jem is an Apple Certified Master Trainer, contributing writer to the Apple Pro Training Series: DVD Studio Pro 4, 2nd Edition and co-author of the Apple Pro Training Series: Motion Graphics and Effects in Final Cut Studio 2 and the QuickTime Pro Quick-Reference Guide. He is also one of the lead instructors for Magnet Media's Digital Media Training Series and a contributing writer to Studio Monthly magazine.
