Invision Digital Policies, Terms and Conditions


Location: All classes will be held at Invision Digital and Media Arts facilities located at 2000 Universal Studios Plaza, Suite 602, Orlando, Florida 32819, telephone 407.224.5863, Fax 407.894.4735, unless otherwise stated.

Class Registration:

1. All students registering must be paid-in-full before the beginning of the scheduled class.

2. Students must choose the date and time of the class that they wish to enroll in, which is only subject to change as stated below.

Payments may be made in the following forms: Cash, Money Order, Business Check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

4. Eating, drinking, smoking, recording and photography during the classses is not allowed.

To cancel or reschedule a class:


1. All cancellations must be made in writing and received no later than one week before the class start date.

2. If notice of cancellation is made as required, a student will will be refunded the amount paid minus an administration fee to Invision Digital of $75.00.

3. Payment of refunds will be made within 30 days of determination of student withdrawal.

4. Once a student has started a class, there will be no refund for any reason.

5. Invision Digital and Media Arts, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to circumstances beyond our control and at our sole discreation. If a class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of all class and registration fees paid to Invision or request to reschedule for another class when available. Invision Digital will not be liable for any other expenses you may incur, including travel arrangements.
